Charakteristika zaměstnavatele

• Ensure that sustainability has the right priority for managers and employees within the Vetropack group.
• Responsibility for the development and implementation of the Vetropack sustainability concept.
• Lead the sustainability core team (Supply Chain, Sales, Production, HR, Finance, Communication, Health & Safety).
• Observe the international development of sustainability issues (initiatives, technical development, training concepts etc.).
• Ensure the exchange of information regarding sustainability within Vetropack and its stakeholders.
• Manage the sustainability key figures of the Vetropack Group. Define and ensure the collection and evaluation of the sustainability key figures.
• Draw conclusions and propose appropriate improvement actions based on results from the analysis of the sustainability key figures.
• Handle the sustainability database .

Požadujeme

• University degree in relevant field of study.
• Multiple years of experience in the sustainability field, ideally in a glass manufacturer.
• Very good written and verbal communicator with fluency in English.
• Self-motivator able to work independently, and in international teams (cross-functional and multicultural).
• Highly accurate and precise working methods, hands-on spirit, willingness to deliver results.
• Willing to challenge established views, seize opportunities and embrace change with optimism.
• Act with integrity and have an ethical approach, building trust-based relationships.
• Mastering Powerpoint and Excel. Capable to transfer relevant and condensed information in written and graphical form.

Náplň práce

• Provide the Input (Reports and Figures) for the sustainability report of the Vetropack Group.
• Observe the development of the European legislation influencing sustainability.
• Lead the peer group environment.
• Manage key environmental figures.
• Manage the Ecovadis survey, collecting all information and ensuring a permanent improvement of our rating.
