The analysis of company climate, satisfaction of employees, and motivation audit belong to sociological-psychological surveys, research and analysis. They are usually provoked by the current need of our clients to objectify the notion about some phenomena in the company, or to fulfil the principles of quality management according to ISO 9001, eventually the tasks of model EFQM. These surveys describe different phenomena influencing performance and efficiency of the company as an entity. They give objective description of the attitudes of employees about the key aspects of company's life and they help to reveal also the hidden sources of dissatisfaction or weakened motivation of employees.

Methods
With respect to individual differences of initial situations in our clients' companies, the course of audit and its methodology aren't strictly set. Projects are "tailor-made" to the needs of each company. Usually we use universal indexes that enable to make comparisons with the companies of similar type.
Following methods are used:

The survey can be carried out with the participation of all the employees or only with the participation of representative sample of employees. The appropriate methods of sampling are used so as the results were representative and could reflect the state of a company as an entity.
Questionnaire surveys can be done in pen-paper form or with the help of specialized SW placed at our web-pages under the label of "Active projects".
Surveys are constructed with respect to their potential periodical repetition that enables to follow the development of the company in different spheres. These are so-called "longitudinal studies" enabling to create developmental curves.

Timing
- The outcomes of the surveys and motivation audits are written up within 14 days of last field-works in the company of our client. Standard length of surveys is between 6 weeks to 3 months.
