Profile and History of Our Company
MITA THOR INTERNATIONAL company was established in 1990 as a Czech subsidiary of a British consulting and sale company of the same name. Currently it is registered as an independent legal person with nation-wide operation. Our offices are located in Brno, Prague and Ostrava and we also co-operate with foreign companies and we also staff positions outside the Czech Republic.
Since 1990 we have been operating as a professional consulting company. In the course of time, the sphere of HR consulting and HRM has become our main focus. The services we offer have reached full complexity and in the sphere of HR we can offer to our clients co-operation in the spheres of recruitment and head-hunting; HR consulting; and training (see descriptions of our services under each of our three divisions).
In response to demands coming from our clients, we have gradually extended our services to consulting in the sphere of documentation management in respect to archivation law, process management with respect to its efficiency and expense savings, circulation of information management concerning its availability, comprehensiveness and security, environmental protection and work safety.
MITA THOR INTERNATIONAL team is created by experienced psychologists, sociologists, economists and andragogs. We approach our clients individually so as each project fits their current needs and requirements. Our aim is to create a long-term co-operation that enables us to get to identify with the culture of our clients' companies and be flexible and effective in fulfilling their requirements and respond to their needs. We strongly believe in profesional and creaive approach of our consultants and in our long-term experience gained during 19 years of our operations in the field of HR consulting.
