Individual psychological diagnostics is a professional evaluation of the potential of an individual carried out by an experienced psychologist. Evaluation is usually made in relation to a specific position the individual should work at.

Methods

  • We use psychological tests that are standardized for Czech population with the norms reflecting age and education of assessed individuals. These tests are issued by professional psychological institutions and MITA THOR INTERNATIONAL owns licence to their use.
  • An experienced psychologist is interviewing assessed individuals, interprets the data and writes up the report with respect to demands of the position to be staffed.
