Evaluation of employees' potential

Assessment centre/ Development centre

Since 1995 we have been using Assessment Centres (AC) as a method used in the scope of recruitment for new employees when comparison of candidates helps in the decision-making process and decreases the risk of "bad choice". Soon after, we started to use this method in the form of Development Centre (DC) to identify the potential of current employees to design their career plans. Currently we are able to organize AC or DC in Czech as well as in English and Polish language.

Standard AC/DC includes:

  • Individual tasks, tests and model situations
  • Group tasks, model situations and case studies
  • Psychological diagnostics
  • Interview
  • DynaMO - our unique method for Dynamic Mapping Of personality

Methods

  • We use psychological tests standardised for Czech population (comparisons are made by age and education). These methods are issued by professional psychological institutions.
  • For individual as well as group tasks we use tailor-made model situation that reflects the needs of desired work positions as well as characteristics of the client's company.
  • Diagnostic is led by an experienced psychology.
  • DynaMO is the method resembling construction kit designed and sold by special English company - so far MITA THOR INTERNATIONAL is the solely owner of this kit in the Czech and Slovak Republic.

Timing

  • Standard AC/DC lasts one day - in case of more participants or specific demands at our clients' side (e.g. when combined with teambuilding activities), it can last two or three days.

Assessors

  • AC/DC assessors are recruited from internal employees of MITA THOR INTERNATIONAL and representatives of the company of our client
